Terms and Conditions of Sale

1. Purpose

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTC) govern sales made on the lavuno website. Any order implies full and complete acceptance of these GTC.

2. Products

The products offered are those appearing on the website at the time of the order. We reserve the right to modify the product assortment at any time.

3. Prices

Prices are indicated in euros, all taxes included (TTC). We reserve the right to modify our prices at any time. Products are invoiced at the price in force at the time the order is placed.

4. Order

The order is validated upon receipt of payment. A confirmation email will be sent to you with a summary of your order.

5. Payment

Payment is made online by credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, or any other method offered on the website. Payment is secure.

6. Delivery

Orders are dispatched within 2 to 5 working days. Delivery times are indicative. We cannot be held responsible for delays due to the carrier.

7. Right of withdrawal

In accordance with Article L221-18 of the Consumer Code, you have a period of 14 days from receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal, without having to give reasons.

8. Returns

Returned items must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, with their tags. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless there is an error on our part.

9. Liability

We cannot be held responsible for inaccurate or incomplete information entered by the buyer during the order.

10. Applicable law

These GTC are subject to French law. In case of dispute, French courts shall have sole jurisdiction.
