What are the delivery times?

Standard delivery takes between 3 and 5 working days in mainland France. For international deliveries, allow 7 to 14 working days.

Is delivery free?

Yes, delivery is free for all orders over €50. Below this amount, delivery charges apply.

Can I track my order?

Yes! As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number to track your package in real time.

Do you deliver internationally?

Yes, we deliver to many countries. Fees and delivery times vary depending on the destination.

What is your return policy?

You have 30 days from receipt of your order to return an item. The item must be unworn, unwashed, with its original tags.

How do I make a return?

Contact us by email with your order number. We will send you return instructions within 24 hours.

Are returns free?

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in the case of our error or a defective item.

Can I exchange an item?

Yes, exchanges are possible within 30 days of receipt. Contact us to arrange the exchange.

Is payment secure?

Yes, all transactions are secure and encrypted. We do not store any bank details.

Can I pay in installments?

We offer payment in 3 or 4 interest-free installments depending on the amount of your order.

📦 Orders

How can I modify or cancel my order?

You can modify or cancel your order within 24 hours of validation. After this time, the order is being prepared and can no longer be modified.

I have not received an order confirmation, what should I do?

Check your spam folder. If you cannot find the email, contact us with your name and the email address used when ordering.

An item is missing from my package, what should I do?

Contact us immediately by email with your order number and a photo of the package. We will resolve the issue quickly.

How do I choose my size?

Consult our size guide available on each product page. If in doubt, we recommend taking the next size up.

Are the product colors true to the photos?

We do our best to ensure the photos are representative. Slight variations may exist depending on screens.

An item is out of stock, will it be restocked?

Subscribe to the availability alert on the product page to be notified as soon as the item is back in stock.
