Return Period
You have 30 days from the receipt of your order to return an item to us.
Return Conditions
To be accepted, the returned item must:
- Be in its original condition, unworn and unwashed
- Have all its original tags attached
- Be in its original packaging if possible
- Not have been modified or altered
Non-Returnable Items
- Sale or promotional items (unless defective)
- Underwear and swimwear (for hygiene reasons)
- Personalized or custom-made items
Return Procedure
- Contact us by email with your order number and the reason for the return
- We will send you return instructions within 24 hours
- Carefully package the item and send it to the address provided
- Keep your proof of postage
Refund
Upon receipt and verification of the item, the refund will be processed within 7 to 10 business days to the payment method used for the order.
Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in the case of an error on our part (wrong item, defective item) in which case we will cover the return costs.
Exchanges
Do you wish to exchange your item for a different size or color? Contact us within 30 days of receipt. Subject to stock availability.
